Constance D. Coleman, founder & managing partner of Coleman Law Group, has represented clients in Florida and across the country. To her, the practice of law is much more than a job —it’s a calling to assist others in rebuilding, healing, and finding hope in justice.
After completing her law degree at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Constance worked with public defenders and prosecutor offices, where she became well-versed in how the justice system impacts people from all walks of life.
Her journey in law took a deeply personal turn when she lost her brother in a motorcycle accident. This tragedy made her more determined than ever before to fight for justice and ignited her passion for personal injury law.

About Gian-Frano Melendez

Gian-Franco Melendez is a proud and determined Tampa Bay native with a resounding passion for helping his community’s people. Practicing law in Florida, he is committed to helping and guiding people and families who are facing complex legal challenges with dedication, care, and endless support.
A graduate of Tampa Jesuit High School, Gian-Franco received his B.S. in Psychology and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. At Stetson, Gregory was vice-president of the Hispanic Bar Association and interned with Gulf Coast Legal Services and Ron R. Wolfe & Associates as part of our foreclosure and bankruptcy team. He also helped veterans as an intern with Stetson’s Veterans’ Advocacy Clinic and interned for Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington, a U.S. federal judge.
Once he finished law school, Gian-Franco kicked off his career focused on workers’ compensation and defending employment rights, yet he soon found his passion in immigration and community support. These days, he leverages his varied experiences to secure positive results for his clients, especially those from immigrant backgrounds.
